Meat and veggies stew

Ingredients:(4 servings)

1.potato (large square chopped): 1 large or 2 medium sized

2.onions (diced): 1 medium

3.beef stew meat (large square): 12-16 piece (3-4 per serving)

4.green pepper (large square): 1 medium

5.Olive oil: 1 table spoon

6.carrot (medium diced or circle sliced):1 large

7.tomato sauce: 3 tablespoon

8.garlic (diced or minced or powder): 2

9.pepper and sea salt

10.cumin: 1/3 teaspoon

11.saffron:1/2 teaspoon

12.cinnomon: 1/4 teaspoon

13.ginger:1/3 teaspoon

14.kari:1/4 teaspoon

15.lime juice: 2 tablespoon

16.Green beans (optional)

Directions:

1. add onions and olive oil in the pan and let the onions become goldish then add the meats and let them fried for 5 minutes with low heat.

2.add carrot and all the spices from number 8-14 plus water and let them boil for 10 minutes with medium level heat.

3.when the meats and carrots are semi cooked add potato, green beans, green pepper and lime juice plus tomato sauce and let the mix cook for 20-30 minutes.(do not let the mix to be over cooked)

4.serve it and enjoy
