Grilled Salmon with Saffron

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet

Lime or lemon juice

Cumin ¼ teaspoon

Saffron ½ teaspoon

Garlic powder

1 Potato

1 onion

butter or olive oil (just a little bit)

Salt & pepper

Directions:

1-pour a little bit butter on top and under the salmon.

2-put the Salmon in the oven pan and pour some lemon juice and on it.

3-add all the spices and massage the salmon fillet with them then add pepper and salt.

4-cut the onion and potato like circle layers(not to thin not to thick).

5-put the onions under and above the salmon fillet.

6-put the potato around the salmon.

7-add some saffron and lime juice ( don’t use too much lime juice)

8-put it in the oven for 30-45 min with 370 Fahrenheit degree.
